We currently rent the Home directly to friends and associates. Call me at 602-380-1415 to find out availability.
We do have a rental company that also rents the home through their rental website so we need to make sure that our bookings do not conflict with their bookings.
All bookings require 2 night minimum plus $55 cleaning fee ($25 for Guest House). Add $50 to any day that is a holiday. We will gladly extend 1 free nights stay with a 5 night reservation. We do not rent the guest house by itself.
Checkout time will normally is 11 am. Bookings will be held only upon cleared receipt of full rental charge. Cancellation charge will be 40% of booking if cancelled 7 days before arrival othewise it is 100%.
Winter Rates
(December 1 - February 15)
Main House $200 per night plus $55 cleaning charge.
Guest House $75 per night plus $25 cleaning change.
Peak Rates
(Feb 16 - May 31 and Sept 1 - Nov 31)
Main House $325 per night plus $55 cleaning charge.
Guest House $100 per night plus $25 cleaning change.
