This house is directly on the beach. Just walk out the patio door and there is nothing between the house and the water except for the beach.

All of these describe our home that is available for rent in Playa Encanto, Mexico. Close to Rocky Point, Playa Encanto has one of the most private and most beautiful white sand beaches in the area.
This beach area is primarily surrounded by private homes, so you will not have to deal with the crowded beaches by the hotels.
We chose this area to buy our home called Casa Azteca instead of being near crowded "Sandy Beach" because of the amount of trash and garbage that accumulates with all of the people that they are trying to pack into such a small beach area over there.
If you are looking for loud, which is perfectly fine, I suggest staying on Sandy Beach. We did decide to purchase a 3 bedroom condo at Los Polomas at Sandy Beach. It has a golf course and wonderful pools. It will be ready for rentals in 2007.
Playa Encanto is a gated residential community. It is an easy drive from Phoenix. And it is also very easy to drive into town (Rocky Point) to go to shopping, buy shrimp or to retuarants or to nightclubs if you want to.
Our Playa Encanto Home is powered by solar with generator backup. Water is trucked in and heated by propane. Propane space heaters are available if required.
Upcoming upgrades include Plasma TV, DirecTV, Central heat and A/C.
All bedding has been completely replaced in 2006 and the home was recently painted. You can check availability by calling Denise Bein at 602-380-1415
